The Challenge

Following several important acquisitions, Next 15 were looking to centralise supplier contracts across their sites and ensure their corporate ‘gold standard’ was consistently delivered across all sub-brands.

With each sub-brand having unique needs, Next 15’s previous cleaning suppliers suffered with poor management which had led to issues with quality of service and consistency.

Like The Clean Space, Next 15 want to be the best in their field and put strong emphasis on looking after their people who they see as their greatest asset. They
also recognise the workplace has a significant impact on wellbeing and performance, so ensuring the premises were clean, safe and inviting for their teams was key.

Next 15 needed a trustworthy, reliable and flexible supplier who could work as a genuine partner, supporting them when needed (particularly through the pandemic) and providing strong and consistent
leadership for the cleaning teams.

Having worked with Next 15 from an early stage, we have seen the business grow and we have grown with them; taking on new sites as they expanded.

By taking time to truly understand the customer needs at every step of their journey, providing experienced supervisors to manage their cleaning teams, and remaining agile and flexible along the way; The Clean Space has been able to dramatically improve cleaning standards, bringing them up to their gold standard across the many different brands and sites they have acquired over time.

Following the provision of a consistent and
dependable service for many years, Next15 now utilise our innovative Total Environment Cleaning solutions which uses probiotics on surfaces and in the air to promote and maintain healthier workspaces for their teams.

The introduction of this holistic, wellbeing focused approach has been very well received by their staff and as a result the company is
now expanding its use of our probiotic cleaning methods to their other sites both here and in the USA.

  I highly recommend the service provided by The Clean Space. The cleaners are very efficient and approachable. Simeon, the manager of our school site, always manages to work with the demands of the school, especially when it comes to last minute requests.   I work for a large housing association and we took on The Clean Space to be the main cleaning provider for our offices. The transition to Clean Space was very smooth during a difficult and trying time as the support was top tier. The cleaning manager, operations manager and others were on hand to deal with every bump in the road and we have since had a very good cleaning service.   They are very efficient and respond to issues promptly. We have a dedicated line manager (Simeon) who works well with the school.
