His early career in the fast-paced retail industry saw him excel as a Grocery Manager and later a Duty Manager at Sainsbury’s in Lewisham. This experience laid the foundation for his exceptional leadership and operational skills. Michael then ventured into the property management sector before finding his true calling at The Clean Space in 2014, where he joined as a Partner.
A Decade of Progress and Achievement
Over the last ten years, Michael has steadily climbed the ranks at The Clean Space, embodying the company’s values at every step. His journey from Partner to Project Manager is a testament to his adaptability and drive. In 2016, Michael transitioned to the corporate side as an Area Supervisor, quickly moving on to become an Area Manager, then a Contract Manager, before
taking on his current role as a Project Manager. This steady progression reflects his ability to lead, inspire, and deliver results across various facets of the business.
One of Michael’s most memorable achievements was launching the L&Q contract, which at the time was the company’s largest single client. His role in redeveloping the 1st Floor balcony garden at L&Q West Ham Lane also stands out as a highlight, showcasing his ability to manage complex projects and deliver exceptional results.
